Why I do it

The current landscape of the creative industry is unprecedented. Network agencies are growing above and beyond (cutting overhead, but who’s counting…) and boutique agencies, however have a hard time getting footing in a distorted market. The taglines and manifesto's, to boot, mostly are the same thing with a different flavour.

This is why it’s time to turn the tide and give free reign to what truly makes an agency stand out: creativity and craft!

With almost two decades working for the creative industry in roles spanning from creative to production, I’ve seen a lot; if not all.

Applying skills to make something - The psychology around it and how these things work, has been a fascination that’s driven me to work for the best.
Along with an acumen in human psychology, philosophy, sociology and rainman traits; I have enough stories to tell about what works and what doesn't; and it's time to share those insights.

By optimising your brief’s lifecycle, your teams can perform at their best through collaboration, craft and, above all, creativity.

With Katalist, I’m set out to help you make your best work, and grow as a business because of it.
